The Junior Boks have welcomed back several players ahead of the U20 International Series in Cape Town and Stellenbosch.
Fresh off victory in the Sanzaar U20 Rugby Championship in Gqeberha, the squad has assembled at the Stellenbosch Academy of Sport (SAS) to prepare for a series that features teams from Chile, Fiji and Georgia.
Back in the squad are flyhalf Vusi Moyo, who recently made his Vodacom URC debut for the Sharks, club teammate and utility back Luan Giliomee, and Bulls hooker Siphosethu Mnebelele. The latter two players missed the Rugby Championship through injury.
Also back in the mix after recovering from injury are prop Kai Pratt (Sharks), loose forward Vuyo Gwiji (Lions), and Vodacom Bulls centres Pieter van der Merwe and Christian Vorster.
