The Sharks have bid farewell to several high-profile players ahead of their final Vodacom URC match of the season.
The most notable departures are Springbok flank Siya Kolisi, scrumhalf Grant Williams and lock Marvin Orie.
Also moving on are young utility back Luan Giliomee, who will join the Bulls, prop Mawande Mdanda (also Bulls), centre Le Roux Malan (Cardiff) and flyhalf Jean Smith (Benetton).

Williams will be a significant loss, although the Sharks remain well stocked at scrumhalf with Jaden Hendrikse, Ross Braude, Bradley Davids and Tiaan Fourie on their books.
According to Rapport, Ivan van Zyl will return to South Africa and link up with the Sharks as Williams’ replacement.

The Sharks have also moved aggressively in the transfer market.
Confirmed and reported arrivals include props Nemo Roelofse and Thomas du Toit, hooker Siphosethu Mnebelele, lock Stephan Lewis, loose forward Hendré Stassen and utility back Gianni Lombard.
