Ulster have been handed a timely boost ahead of their Vodacom URC match against the Bulls in Belfast on Saturday.
Ireland internationals Robert Baloucoune and Eric O’Sullivan have both been cleared to return.
Baloucoune endured an injury-plagued 2024-25 season and missed the start of the new campaign with an ankle problem. The winger made his comeback last weekend for Ballynahinch in the All-Ireland League and is now in contention to face the Bulls at Kingspan Stadium.
Loosehead prop O’Sullivan is also back in full training after recovering from a knee injury, adding further depth to Ulster’s forward stocks.

However, head coach Richie Murphy will continue to monitor the fitness of Michael Lowry (abdominal strain) and Jacob Stockdale (foot), who remain doubtful for the weekend fixture.
Ulster opened their campaign with a 42-21 home victory over the Dragons before their away clash against Edinburgh was postponed due to Storm Amy.
