Munster have rung the changes for Saturday’s EPCR Challenge Cup last-16 clash against Exeter Chiefs.
Former Sharks wing Thaakir Abrahams returns to the starting lineup in one of 10 changes to the team that lost 34-31 to the Vodacom Bulls at Loftus Versfeld.
However, Springbok lock Jean Kleyn misses out due to injury.
Ireland lock Tadhg Beirne starts for the first time since January and will captain the team.
CHAMPIONS CUP LAST-16: Match-by-match guide
Only four players from last week’s XV – Craig Casey, Jack Crowley, Alex Nankivell and Alex Kendellen – are retained.
“It’s three games from here to the final of Challenge Cup and we have every intention of putting our best foot forward to try and do that,” said coach Clayton McMillan. “It won’t be easy, but that’s where our mindset is at.”
