Munster have been bolstered by the arrival of three Ireland Test players ahead of their Round 14 Vodacom URC clash against the Bulls in Pretoria.
Craig Casey, Jeremy Loughman and Jack Crowley have all linked up with the touring squad after arriving in Cape Town on Sunday. The trio were already put through their paces in training on Monday as preparations ramped up for Saturday’s showdown at Loftus.
The Irish province have opted for a measured build-up, remaining at sea level in Cape Town this week before making the trip to Pretoria on Friday.
WIESE: Munster to bring massive fight
Importantly, Munster have reported a clean bill of health.
Aside from the usual bumps and bruises following their embarrassing 45-0 drubbing at the hands of the Sharks last Saturday, no members of the 31-man squad have been ruled out of contention.
That leaves the coaching staff with welcome selection headaches ahead of what promises to be a physical battle up front against the Bulls.
Munster will name their matchday side on Thursday, with the inclusion of the returning Test trio set to play a key role in their plans.
